Adult Sunday School

The adult class is open to all post school persons and is led by Ben Sanchez a former Presbyterian minister.  The class uses The Present Word, Bible study series and offers weekly Bible study by featuring scripture texts and background for study and discussion.  The adult class meets every Sunday at 9 AM, come join us. Student Sunday School

The student class is all open to children of school age and is conducted at 10 AM concurrent with Sunday Church Services.  The class curriculum is from Group Publishing Co.  Class meets Sundays at 9 AM. Want to join us? Please email us at secretary@firstpresbelen.org

After School Kids (ASK)

ASK is conducted the 3rd Wednesday of each month and is open tuition free to all kids who are in preschool through sixth grade.  ASK meets from 3:30 PM to 5:30 PM.  ASK is Christian based and includes arts & crafts, snacks, Bible stories, singing, and story telling; followed by a family dinner.  Enroll kids in ASK by contacting Hollyana Hooks, Program Director, or email us at secretary@firstpresbelen.org.

Library

The church library is available for use any time the church is open.  Our director is Judy Sanchez, a retired book mobile librarian.  The library’s mission is to provide the congregation and visitors with materials that support and nurture the Christian community.  The library includes both inspirational reading and material relating to Presbyterian matters.  The library also has a collection of books of fiction and non-fiction for light reading.  Any one with questions or wishing to volunteer can contact Judy directly or please email us at secretary@firstpresbelen.org

Book Club

The Book Club is a study group consisting of members, friends and guests of the church.  The club meets at 1 PM the 3rd Thursday each month.  The club usually meets at the church but field trips are worked into the yearly scheduled.  Visitors are welcome to drop in.  Check the Church Calendar for meeting times and places.  If you have questions or desire more information, please email us at secretary@firstpresbelen.org.
